Delivery Area
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, or other remote UK territories at this time. If you're unsure whether your location qualifies as UK mainland, please get in touch before placing your order.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges vary based on the brand and size of the items in your order:

DeliVita
Orders under £250: £5 flat-rate shipping

Orders £250 and above: Free shipping

Extreme Lounging
Standard items: £10.20 per item

Large items (B-Beds): £24.00 per item

All applicable shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

Order Processing & Delivery
Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day.

Delivery Time: We use next working day delivery services whenever possible.

Couriers: A variety of trusted courier services are used based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.

Tracking: Shipment tracking details will be provided once your order has been collected by the courier.
