Age: Passes apply to ages 2 and over.

Named Holder Only: Passes are non-transferable and must only be used by the person named on the booking.

ID Required: Adults may be asked to show ID to match the passholder name.

Additional Pumpkins: Available to purchase separately inside the Pumpkin Barn.

Other Events: Pumpkin Passes do not include entry to any other Halloween events.

Validity

Weekday Pass: 1st–24th October (Monday–Friday only, excludes weekends and half term).

Monthly Pass: 1st–31st October (weekdays, weekends, and half term).

Passes expire on the stated end dates and cannot be extended.

Pumpkin Allocation

One free pumpkin per paying passholder on their first visit only.

Usage

Unlimited entry within the valid dates.

Proof of purchase must be shown on each visit (digital or printed).

Non-transferable and valid for named passholder only.

Refunds & Transfers

All passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No partial refunds for unused visits.

General Rules

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Staff instructions and site rules must be followed.

Misuse of passes may result in entry being refused.

Weather & Event Changes

Some areas may be outdoors – please dress appropriately.

Activities may be altered or cancelled in severe weather.

Personal Property

Scott’s of Southend cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage.

Parking is at the vehicle owner’s risk.
